Hi! This blog is all about the neighborhoods of Lake Forest II, where I have lived for 30 years. My name is Vicki Lloyd and I am a licensed Realtor® who lives in Lake Forest II, and specializes in selling homes here and other communities in South Orange County. My other blog ( Live Lake Forest !) covers the rest of Lake Forest, and the general real estate market of South Orange County, California.
I now live in the Lake Forest Keys, the community surrounding the lake, and I really enjoy the lifestyle. In the summer time, I love to take my little electric boat over to the Sun & Sail Club and jump in the pool to cool off. In the fall, you can often find me cheering for my favorite team at the Monday Night Football parties in the bar at the club. I also participate in many of the social events such as the St. Patrick’s Day Party, the Easter Egg Hunt, and of course the big 4th of July event at the club, as well as an occasional evening of playing pool at the Friday night bar. Most of my friends, and many of my clients, are people that I know through local organizations here, such as the Dolphin Swim Team where I have been known to recruit new swimmers to the team when representing their parents in buying their home in Lake Forest II.

I come from a family of Realtors who have helped thousands of buyers and sellers in Southern California for over 75 years. My great grandmother was a Broker on Balboa Island in the 1930s, and all 3 of her sons, including my grandfather, have been California Real Estate Brokers since the 1950s. My mother has been an Orange County Realtor since the early 1970s, and I have been in the business full-time since the early 1990s.

I will communicate regularly with you throughout the process.

REO asset management company providing full service portfolio management of REO properties for major lenders including Bank of America, Security Pacific, Beverly Hills Savings, Pacific Savings, First Interstate Bank, American Savings . Managed brokers and sub-contractors to obtain possession, rehab, market and sell REO properties. Developed automated systems to provide detailed reports to keep client lenders fully informed throughout the process.
