There have been no closings yet this year, but there is one in escrow today. The bank-owned home on Goldrush had previously been on the market as a short sale, priced $649K – $760K. It came on the back on the market at $579K on 2/19 and went into escrow on 2/29. If everything goes smoothly, it should be closing about the end of March.
Of the 4 current active listings, 3 of them are short sales. The one on Sawmill is not a short sale at this time. The short sale home on Silver Spur, now priced at $449,900 had previously been listed as a short sale since September and had drifted down from a high of $670K to $550K before it expired.
